Over Snow, By Winter Sown is a small supplement for Under Hill, By Water that includes additional Worrisome Things, Current Events, Complications, and NPCs that you can use for your game of Under Hill, by Water. Some of the events and NPCs are influenced by Yuletide themes and Tolkien's Letters to Father Christmas.
