The Theme is Depths with the Limitation as Health is a Tool.

So for the Theme, Mike (our guy) has to get to the elevator which leads underground.

As for the Limitation, Mike can use one of our heart as a bullet
to interact with objects or transfer a heart to a Robot to gain control of it.

Tips for Dummies:
Oneside Wall Jump = Jump then Press D (Left) if the wall is on the right, and vice versa.
Fast Oneside Wall Jump = If the wall is on the right, Hold Jump and A (Right) and then spam click D (Left)
