Pancake Sorting

Pancake Sorting is a game of arranging pancakes in order of decreasing size. 

Click and hold to find places to flip the pancakes. A line is shown. Release to flip the pancakes which are on top of the line.

This is a game about finding the minimal amount of moves. A counter at the top-right is shown for how many moves are left.

Pancake sorting takes its inspiration from the same mathematical problem.
