Panopticon (Jack Brasesco)

This project is still a prototype and as such there are known errors:

player must jump up stairs or they will get stuck

Rate of alarm is dependent on machine speed. 

Most Audio files got removed when I deleted most of Walking Wonders base folder, and there were issues with reintegrating them so the player makes no sound
