PARADOXA Companion Dice Game

A companion dice game for my book Paradoxa (Digital copies here and print copies here)

It's a movement game based on the principles presented in Paradoxa, but you don't have to read Paradoxa or be familiar with the concepts to play the game.

It utilizes 4d10 (four 10-sided die) - if you don't have those you can roll them digitally here: roll 4d10. Each die represents a condition that is applied to the central movement of the game: lie down and stand back up. 

The goal is to deconstruct exercise and instead use various conditions to create a movement task which can be solved in any way as interpreted by the mover. It is a form of movement exploration and physical problem solving.
