Early Access Review I played before the Steam release (Pre-Alpha), so my Playing Time is about 15 Hours higher than is indicated on Steam. A new Rollercoaster Tycoon 2? Parkitect is a new ThemePark game in the Style of Roller Coaster Tycoon 2. In it, you build and decorate a Theme park, tweak it and try to give Visitors the best Experience. The Control is easy to Get to hand and is quickly learned, so that everyone can build a beautiful, detailed Park in a short Time. In order to optimize the Park, you can change the Prices in a variety of Shops or even change the Amount of Ingredients in the Food. If you're wondering what you can build: You can currently build Shops, Roller Coasters and a lot Of beautiful Decoration. The Construction of Roller Coasters is, of course, a Highlight when Designing the park, as it is the Main Attraction of any Amusement Park. These Roller Coasters can be designed in great detail: You can choose the Direction, angle and length of the Route part! The roller coaster design window is reminiscent of Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 And Offers several prefabricated Track Parts such as Loopings or Helixes. If you don't have a Talent for Building Roller Coasters or just want to know what other People are building, you can download Roller Coasters from the Steam workshop at any time. Apart from Roller Coasters, you can also get whole Buildings or Parks out of the Workshop! Enough of the Gameplay, let's get to the other Criteria now: Parkitect has a very pleasant Low-polygon graphic style that brings with it many Details. This Graphics, along with matching, pleasant Sounds and a relaxing Soundtrack, bring with it a wonderful amusement park atmosphere. If the available Stuff in the Game and in the Steam workshop is not enough, you can get lots of Mods from the ParkitectNexus [parkitectnexus.com]. The Range of Mods available currently ranges from new Shops and Decorative Objects to new Attractions and camera Mods, with Which you can ride in your own Roller Coasters! But One Thing has to be clarified: Is the Performance of the Game good? With the recommended System Requirements, you can play Parkitect without any Problems, no matter how big the Park gets. But If you play with less than 4GB of RAM and less than a Gigabyte Of Graphics memory, the Game becomes quite unperform, so I think you shouldn't buy the Game with the minimum System requirements. Otherwise, the Game runs extremely well and shows, for a Game at the alpha Stadium, extremely few Bugs. However, the few Bugs it still brings are quickly fixed by the friendly, Community-oriented Developers. Per Beautiful, detailed Low-Poylgon graphic style Relaxing soundtrack Matching, pleasant Sounds Intuitive Control Many Optimization Options Many different Decorations and attractions Several different decorations and Attractions Several Roller Coaster types Good roller Coaster designers Workshop Support Good Modding Community (ParkitectNexus [parkitectnexus.com]) Steam collection cards Friendly Developers Neutral German Translation Present Early Access Contra unperformant with Minimum Requirements scattered Bugs Conclusion Parkitect is for each Fans of the first two Parts of "Roller Coaster Tycoon" recommended, but you shouldn't expect an exact Copy of any of these Games. The Game has great Potential to become one of the best ThemePark games of all Time. To all the other People I also make a Recommendation as long as they don't have Problems with smaller Bugs and don't expect a finished Game.
