Left Side and Right Side are joined together in a war of attrition? Can you combine the effect of your weapons and find a way to join together the Sides in peace?

The main weapon's explosions can overlap (join together) to take out targets that are otherwise hard to hit.
The secondary weapon is effective but...troublesome, as its overzealous use seems to join the Sides in an eternal struggle.

There has to be a trick to get out of this stalemate...
