Penguin Village (itch)

Penguin Village is a small school project protype where you build and manage a village inhabited by penguins. The Glacier is slowly melting and you have to manage it by building Cooling Generators that delay the melting. This project was done during the Fall of 2020 as part of a school project. One playsession take about 10-20 minutes.

How to Play:

Villagers require Food, Sleep and Recreation to keep working. These can be provided their matching buildings, which the villager go to have their needs met. Penguins sleep in the Housing building.

Resources can be aquired by constructing their respective buildings and assigning penguins to it. Resources generated depends on how many penguins are working there. Refinery building uses Ice and converts it into Refined Ice.

To win the game you have to build the Monument building before the melting timer depletes.
