What the Hell is he doing with the Orange? Well, you have to answer the Question yourself in the Game. I can only say that Hothead Games and comic Publisher Penny Arcade is a really good Mix. After all, the same People also broke DeathSpank, which I celebrated. Before the actual Review starts here, one should mention that episode 3 and 4 was given to Zeboyd Games. This changes the Style a lot, as Zeboyd Is more likely to put out old-school RPGs. However, the Boys have the same Humour:D However, I found the English Vocabulary Quite heavy and I honestly couldn't follow every Conversation. Gameplay Precipice of Darkness is an interesting Mix of RPG (ala Final Fantasy) and a Point & Click Adventure. In Combat, you can attack normally, use Items or wait until the Special Ability is ready. You have 3 Characters and each has a different special Attack. With Level Ascents, the Values increase and there are 3 Abilities available to everyone at the End. They all remain the same, but the Action Buttons of the Special Attacks become difficult (e.g. space key). In addition, you get Support Character during the Story, which you can always always get out of it. Away from the Fight, you can examine everything possible in the World by Clicking, as is customary with a Point & Click Adventure. Certain Items can be smashed to prey On objects (the respaws too). Otherwise, there are plenty of funny sayings to be found. The Game divides the Tasks into Orders, but the fewest of them are optional. The Game is quite linear, but you always have to think about how to get on. In addition, the Game is divided into Areas that can be visited again and again. Because you may well have overlooked a few Robots (Fruit ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ he, yes the Name is my Ernst), because they can illogically hide in the smallest Things, such as in a Paper plane. Robots are important because they offer Scrap Parts that can be used to improve Weapons. Story The Story is how I expected it to be. Just like in DeathSpank, it is completely twisted, makes no Sense, is totally abstract and totally horny. Again, I wonder what the Guys actually threw in to get on stuff like that. I had to get odding myself in Character Creation as you can just look totally cracked. The Characters and Dialogues are kept fresh and super-funny. The two Companions, Tycho and Gabriel, have an Agency for special Incidents and are, above all, Characterizfully exactly opposite. While Tycho is suspicious, rough and educated, Gabriel is always excited and rather slightly less bright. All these two Characters brighten up the Game a lot. Otherwise, you'll meet the craziest Guys, as you know it from Point & Click Adventure. For Example, the Guy who has a Doctor in Urinlogy. What does he do? Find out for yourself;-) Graphics The Game works beautifully with drawn (Penny Arcade Verlag) and the animated (Hothead Games). While the animated isn't the Highest I've seen in Video Games, it's enough. The Dialogues and Cutscenes are drawn again and this Mix makes the Game very unusual. Personally, I definitely liked it. Verdict Precipice of Darkness, On the Rain-Slick is a fun Game that stands out above all by its Style and good Dialogue. It offers a very unusual Story with ... Uh... unkovential Ideas. The Series includes 4 Games and is unfortunately rather unknown. The Game definitely hit my Humor and I can only recommend it:-) Did the Review help you?
