On https://venmo.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html I had to reach out to Venmo's customer service about a transaction issue, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the response time was pretty quick, which I appreciated. But when I finally got a rep, they seemed a bit confused about my problem and it took longer than expected to sort things out. Overall, I got my issue resolved, but the experience felt a bit frustrating. I just wish they had a clearer process for handling these kinds of situations!
