Pestdog

Arrows OR  WASD to move. Press Z or SPACE to throw the bone. Press X OR CTRL to attack. 

Keep the dog and yourself away from the enemies to survive. Kill the enemies as they come harder each time. Your dog will enter Rage State if he brings back the bone few times.
