Phoenix Project

There was an era for superheroes, and it was the safest time to live in a city. But now, now that superheroes have been banned by a corrupted government and supervillains can roam the streets with no problems, now the superheroes have to make a comeback. It is up to you to form the teams and combat the scum that is destroying our cities. 

Take the place as the director of the Phoenix project, create your teams, and level up your superheroes. Use the original mechanics of the Sidekicks that let you synergize with characters that aren’t even in the battle.
