Help Pino eat as many heads as possible and collect coins in a retro pixelated 2D experience! You have three hearts, if a person escapes you lose one heart, avoid credit cards because if you eat one you lose all three hearts. The more people you eat, the harder it will be. With the collected coins you can buy numerous skins to customize Pino and the background to your liking.
