Planet Stronghold reviews

I bought "Planet Stronghold" after watching "Loren; The Amazon Princess "had played what I liked very much and I expected a Game of a similar Style in a different setting. This was Broadly true, the Equipment System is even far more sophisticated, yet "Planet Stronghold" has also weakened in some Places compared to other games of the Maker, but has never completely disappointed in the Process. The Story is nothing really special, but it doesn't get bored. I personally would not necessarily have needed the exploration elements and the Number of "Lore skills" also seemed to me to be a bit exaggerated. The Characters are rather well-known Ark types who rarely grow beyond them but still seem solidly presented. Overall, Playing was still Fun, and I doubt being played it again; However, it is still worth its Purchase Price if you can get involved in more lesser-heavy Games.

It's hard for this Game to clearly lift your Thumb or lower it. The Story and Characters would be good for a nice Strategy game, but unfortunately it's not a nice Strategy game. It is also not a Visual Novel, but an outdated RGP with Old School RPG battles, where you neither move or tactical set up your Units. You select an Action and a Goal for each of your Party Members in each round for each of your Party members. Even at the first Final Fantasy, however, this was much more Fun. As The Game progresses, these Fights seem more and more tough. You can also save in the Fights and are forced to make Use of them later. Inventory Management is just grotd-bad. I played through It on Normal and will never touch it again, so the Thumbs down. Unfortunately, the Demo for the Game is not available on Steam, but only on the Winter Wolves website. Whether you like the game or not probably depends on the way of seeing it. For fans of the developer's visual novels, it's certainly not the perfect choice. While the story inspired by bioware's last-gen games isn't poorly written, it's surprisingly shallow for winterwolfes. Away from the main story, there is little to discover and alarmingly few conversations with the crew. But what I like are the dialogues, which are done a lot better, like in loren or heileen. You choose between 2 and five options and all have their small or large impact on the game, which in turn ranges from winning sympathetically points to story-breaking. What is missing are the exciting backgrounds of the characters, as they were given in loren (although here, too, the characters were usually a bit honked off). So simply no emotional connection comes about, which mmn is a clear weak in such a game. The catastrophic combat system earlier in the amazon game was not adopted for luck. At planet stronghold it is clearly influenced by classic j-rpg's and actually there is no blandness except for the animation poverty. Despite little depth, however, I can recommend the game to others.
