One day, Mario wakes up. Not to save the princess. Not to overthrow Bowser. Rather, to take a brisk walk, and see the damage he had done. Bowser transformed all the Toads into bricks and boxes, and will never return.

Mario had made it worse.

It's likely there will be a much heavily polished, longer, and scarier version of the game, post-jam.
