About

What is Poly Towns? Poly Towns is a small town builder. Start with a single town zone (the map is divided into "zones"), then expand into a larger town managing your resources along the way. Upgrade your houses and resource buildings to maintain your town. What do you do? The game is fairly simple, you start by building a few houses and resource buildings. You then must assign villagers to these resource buildings in order to get the resources. Tax, building upkeep and food consumption are updated every 10 seconds. Build up your resources and expand your town into new zones, as well as upgrading existing buildings. Once you are happy with your town, you can choose to start a new one or sit back and relax your existing town thrive. What's the challenge? In a sense, the game can be unforgiving. If your villagers are at 0% happiness, game over, you have to restart. Another way of failing the game is by having no money and a negative income, because you can no longer buy anything. If for example you have 0 coins, but a positive income, you can bounce back!

Poly Town is a small Game for in between, but you can expect absolutely nothing from this Game. You can finish the Game in a good 2-3 Hours if you don't want to test different Aspects or lose sight of your Satisfaction. Games Content: A constant Map with 9 Islands, 8 of which are Unlocked, where only the natural Development on the individual Islands changes. Just one Mission: 1000 Inhabitants 100,000 Gold. End achievements 500,000 and 1.000.000 Gold. Stabilize the Economy and just wait until you're through. I wouldn't call this Game finished. Achievements work, yes, you can play through it too, only the Touch is absolutely missing. Bugs or Concept Errors: Most annoying Error: Resolutions change permanently. Although you can now start the window mode with ALT + ENTER, all Settings immediately set up to Standard if you restart the Game or just go back to the Menu in the Game. Every Action has to be reorganized. Menu Commands in the Game get in the Way. If the Tree menu is open and you use Delete/Modify so it does not close and first starts the extinguishing and then a Construction Command. Changing the Elemenete In The Tree menu is only possible if you break off the first selected one with the right Mouse button. Otherwise, you build the selected one first, no matter what was clicked on afterwards. You can't even cultivate all the Islands, because in the End you just can't place houses anymore. (Limit 78) Only a maximum of 5 Markets can be built. Fires have no noticeable Effect whatsoever. Homes don't burn down, don't affect Production and Satisfaction. Satisfaction per Second is not true. You build a House or upgrade it. A 4% reduction is made per construction/Upgrade. When you're at 4%, you build a Park and you're back at 100%. So this continues. Stadthalle Is not needed to acquire any more Land. (So patched out) An Overview of Food Production is missing. You only see consumption. If you only Look at the negative List, I can't help but give the whole one a Thumbs down. Yes you can Play it, you have a few something to do, but it is more of an idle game for the Background. It can be quite Fun if you can/want to look past the Shortcomings.
