Power On Or Off

In this game, you have nightmares where the power is on or off. In your nightmares, you're being stalked by an entity that you fear. The entity will also torment your neighbor. But they're all just dreams. You don't even have a stalker.  Unless...?

(To be honest, some parts of the game take inspiration from a game called Try To Fall Asleep by AmberDrop.)
