It comes from a simple question we all put to the back of our minds for safety. When is it safe to take a number two? Daylight? Before nightfall? Perhaps when you think it is safe and quiet you will take to the bushes. Find a nice outhouse? Wrong. Nowhere is safe.

Experience a nightmarish world where you race against the clock to gain access to the last working lavatory. You'll need to collect ammo and weaponry along the way if you wish to survive. Maintain your bowel pressure by finding, or purchasing, the necessities for quick relief.
