Pretend Cars Racing (itch)

Pretend Cars Racing is my first game and a long time due love project. It is an old school top down racer done in GameMaker.

The game is currently in alpha but fully playable, this public demo has 3 car classes (Mini, GT and Formula cars), 3 levels of AI strength and supports 4 game types:

• Singleplayer race against AI
• Splitscreen race against AI
• Splitscreen 1vs1
• Hotlaps

The available demo has only a portion of the tracks that will be available in the full game, ranging from fantasy tracks to ones based on real venues.

Although there is a playable HTML5 demo here, I suggest to download the Windows .exe when possible, as it plays more smoothly and supports Xbox One controllers (this will be expanded to other controllers in the future). 

If running the HTML5 version, please check if your browser has WebGL enabled, it will make running the game a lot better!
