Some more details:

Investing too much in first generation will antagonise natives, which will make them leave; investing too much on natives, will slow down immigration to a halt, and slow down natives' depletion, but never completely.

Only way to increase population is to balance new arrivals with keeping natives in check while waiting for I and II generation immigrants to effectively become natives.

Natives provide you with $1 each.

II generation $0.5 each.

I generation do not provide you with any increase in budget.

Culture level increases by having II generation turning into natives. The idea was to have the boring building become more colourful and interesting with each culture level. I'll still add it in at some point.

it's mostly a proof of concept, an older idea that seemed relevant for ResistJam. Also my first project in UE4.
