Character controls - Stack Bot's input controls are completely out of whack when using the Shoulder Camera component

Using the StackBot game mode as a world override, and the 'shoulder camera' component as the auto activated camera in the Stack Bot's 3rd person character blueprint; the character controls exhibit the following out of whack behavior:

- The camera aim controls are unresponsive to the mouse until character translation is initiated with WASD keys, at which point only horizontal camera movement is allowed (yaw), and no up-and-down movement (pitch), while the character is running.

- The character and camera turn in unison when moving left or right, effectively turning every direction into forward translation, and requiring the player to turn left or right with different WASD input depending on the current forward direction.

- The only input that works as expected is pressing 'Q' to change the camera's location from left to right shoulder positions.

Steps to reproduce (STR) from engine:

1- Ensure that the World Override Game Mode is set to the GM_StackBot_2 game mode on the current level.

2- Ensure that the Shoulder Camera component is set to Auto Activate in the Stack Bot's 3rd person character blueprint.

3- Press play and follow steps 2 to 4 of the STR from a packaged build below.

STR from packaged build:

1- Launch protoGlodPlay executable.

2- Ensuring that cursor focus is on the game window; try to move the camera view using the mouse.

3- Notice that camera view controls are unresponsive.

4- Move the character forward then turn either left or right using the WASD keys.

5- Notice that movement controls are completely out of whack.

Notes:

- You can press F11 to switch from fullscreen to windowed mode on a packaged build.

- To close the game in it's 'out of whack' state you must press Alt + Tab to take focus away from the game process.
