Puyo Puyo & Tetris is a game that was created by the Sonic team and edited by Sega. As a fan of the series of games Puyo Puyo, not only I had decided to buy it, but it allowed me to discover Tetris which is also a very good puzzle game. After spending many hours playing this title, here's what I think of his realization... Strengths-several game modes offered. There's versus, fusion, swap-beautiful graphics. The colors and decorations are very pretty and the characters are well drawn in a mangas style. -Very good and varied music. The melodies are very pleasant to listen to. -Excellent playability, easy to take in hand. The blocks do not difficult to lined. There's no problem of slowing down or heaviness. -Very good lifespan. We can play for several hours weak points-scenario not interesting. -The difficulty is sometimes very tough and frustrating. Especially when playing against a very experienced opponent who performs full of combos to fill our screen full of gray blocks. -Online mode is fun, but it is more reserved for very experienced players. I like playing Puyo Puyo and Tetris. But I'm not a champion. I'd rather play it just for relaxation while having fun. Conclusion Puyo Puyo & Tetris is one of the best puzzle games that Sega has created in all its history. Having gathered these two franchises in the same game had been a great idea. You'll be playing for hours so much that there's interesting game mode to occupy you for hours. It is really worth the cost of being bought. Rating: 8/10

Finally a Tetris port worthy of this name on steam, coupled with a puzzle-game that I had already had the opportunity to practice a little on the GameCube. As much as you say right away, I've always been extremely bad at Puyo-Puyo, so I couldn't really be of any use to you from that point of view. The game is cute, complete, very complete, with several modes of games that mix the phases Tetris with phases Puyo-Puyo, challenges, a relatively quiet history mode (except the parts Puyo-Puyo, but again, it's because I'm bad), and an online mode that, if you are a super SAYEN with superhuman reflexes and an ultra-developed sixth sense, will guarantee you long hours stacking bubbles and bricks. For my part, I'm going to stay offline, thank you. I was feeding to Tetris during my youth, I thought not too bad, naively... Until I run a dozen games online. The total lack of matchmaking and proto-ranking, coupled with the game's small playerbase, will give you the impression of being as lucky as a rare piece of meat in a large white pool. Indeed, most of the players play at Puyo-Puyo, not Tetris... And it's ten times easier to make huge combos with your bubbles than stacking bricks to hope to make a Tetris. When you can, at best, chain two Tetris as a result of back-to-back, you can find yourself massacred in fifteen seconds because your opponent will have made an x15 combo of Puyo-Puyo. Absolutely not balanced. The truth is, I got chained up by Japanese, it was at least as dirty as in Nankin. Apart from the imbalance between the two gameplays (only present in online mode, I do not touch it with a stick), the only thing I find a painful hair (and again, it is the lover of Tetris before that of Puyo-Puyo who expresses itself), it is the tone extremely colorful and overall very niais/cucul of the game dressing. It's all cute, it's all pink, they all smile, make little noises when they win or they lose... I almost threw up Rainbow, so I advise to quickly cut the sound to keep your hearing intact. Don't be frightened by the price that may seem high for a puzzle-game, Puyo-Puyo Tetris is much more complete than you could imagine.
