Quarantine Circular reviews

If you liked subsurface circular, you'll like quarantine circular. End. In detail? Well, conversations (all in English attention) are rhythmed in an excellent way without any time appearing Longuet/obscure/or simply boring. All the characters are defined clearings, despite their absence of face, and possess marked personalities as well as a beautiful humor. In short we read and have a good time! The game suffers however a little from the comparison with its predecessor:-the game has much less puzzles/puzzles than subsurface, the fault to more numerous narrative branching that scatter these puzzles on branches that you probably will not see . -Morally, the game seemed less ambigue. The premise of departure is seductive but the game remains very "all black/all white" Unlike subsurface that I found more nuanced. Still some very difficult choices (with real impacts) and an interesting end (among 6!) but that again I found too little ambigue. Anyway, stay a great time with good memories (I miss you already Gaby) but a little less than her predecessor. Rest only for 5 rounds, you spend 2 hours very nice with a Visual and sound atmosphere in the hair.

A Global story about the first contact, humanity and gravity of choice in the Chamber setting. This is the second game in the conditional series Circular and, judging by the references in the text, even to some extent occurs in the same world as Subsurface (and/or alternative to it). Quarantine largely inherits Subsurface: adheres to the same mechanic (including working with key themes in the conversation) and the same compactness of the netting – everything happens on one or two decks of the ship (as in the previous game where the place of action was the wagon Train). In this case, the history of the world, the main events that linked the characters, as well as the entire exposition, are also served in the dialogues and occurred somewhere "behind the scenes." As a new element, there was a change of actors, and it added freshness to the gameplay: each of the characters have their own motivation, their attitude to the events and it can be played honestly (albeit "Nazlo" to other Heroes), and "sell" to the selected line Passing. The characters Themselves came out interesting and alive, with their approach and goals, dialogues-the heart and the basis of the game and the plot-got very real, at times touching and even in something poetic. If you liked Subsurface Circular, then Quarantine Circular may seem at least a decent game in its genre. In Addition, this is another thoughtful and philosophical statement on an important topic often played in SciFi-works. In Terms of literature (and if you remove the visual/Interactive part) turned short and independent story. P.S. It is interesting to watch how the game is embedded in the genre of text-based stories, focused on a strong plot, where for a long time there are visual novels (where, as in the Quarantine visual part plays a descriptive role) and pure text games ( Type of Games, where the visual part is absent, but many choices in the test part, and they affect the endings). Quarantine and Subsurface successfully combine both aspects.
