Rapture at Pale Gate (Ninety Nine Problems but a Lich Ain't One)

Rapture at Pale Gate is a satyrical RPG that focuses on writing, humour and character interaction.

A godless cleric hires a wannabe fighter and  bard with serious learning difficulties to question the three gods where she gets her powers, and is  attacked as soon as she is recognised.  They team up with a dwarf  equal heights activist, an elven ranger with a squirrel phobia, and a thief of no fixed abode to find out what the hell is going on.

As our merry band of hapless heroes squabble and bicker their way through the world, the system of Good/Neutral/Evil comes into question as it appears the gods themselves are held in thrall to adhere to these clichés.

The fate of the world, the afterlife, and many types of yeast extract hang in the balance, and it's up to these unlikely heroes to make sure that no one has their thumb on the scales.
