Reaction Tests

I recently became interested in reaction times and how it effects gaming - and it turns out that reaction time per se is actually pretty consistent between different players. It other skills, like hand-eye coordination, pattern recognition, and automatic decision-making, that make games easier or harder for different people.

Also I wanted an excuse to make something simple with PICO-8 :)
