ReBootion

ReBootion is a GameJam project NinaJD and I made in about 3 days for the Wowie4.0 GameJam.

Theme:

"Collaborating with AI"

Story:

In our little game you are hunted for your skill to talk with engines.

The ability to communicate with technologie is very rare these days in ReBootion.

While running away the protagonist finds a talking robot head, which tasks him to find the rest of it's body.

In exchange the robot head will protect the protagonist from his followers.

 Keyboard Controls :

     - Movement: "WSAD"

     -Pickup items: "E"

     - Exit: "ESC"  

You control the movement, the AI does the shooting!

The game was made with UE5. We used the multi user plugin. Boy, it was a lot of work to even get it up and running and then we had a lot of crashes while working on it.

The big timezone difference wasn't helping as well, with the 9 hours difference...
