REDCON reviews

The Game Redcon Is a little reminiscent of "FTL-Faster Than Light," just without the rouge factor. You own a tower that is extensive in the course of the game, which is cobbled together primarily with different Weapon Systems, but also with Defences and structural Spaces individually by you. Depending on your enemy Defense, you can use simple or heavy Cannons, energy Weapons, Missiles, or Infantry To take out the Enemy. In order to win a Level, there are many different Solutions, which, however, must always be better developed in the running Of The Story mode in order to overcome the different Defenses of the Opponent. If you don't manage any of the more than 100 Levels the first time, you can try until you find the right Layout and strategy to Break through your Opponent's Defense. You can rely on the pure Destructive Power of its Projectiles, or conquer the enemy Tower with a few of your Men, for example. The Whole thing is complicated by a more or less tight Budget. So it is not possible for you to buy all the Types of space and Weapons That are in the Game until the end of The story mode, so that you feel compelled to think a bit about which Systems fit together well for you. A small Story Mode with Dialogues before and after each Level also Freshes up the Whole Carnage a bit. The Level Of difficulty is very demanding, especially in later Levels, but with a bit of Patience, and the right Tactics, each Level can be created. Prepared, you didn't squulp your Money with inappropriate Weapon Systems. The Game can be paused at any time in order to react to the Actions of the Opponent. I've played the Game two times before, with different Strategies and had a high level of Motivation on a permanent basis. Pros:-diverse individual strategic Possibilities-over 100 Levels-clear graphics (and discerning little Soldiers)-high addictive Factor-demanding Difficulty of Kon:-Danger of Spending his Money incorrectly and thus no further in Story Mode Are there-no Multiplayer (maybe that's yet to come) Conclusion: Clear Buy recommendation! Have Fun for little Money.

First Of all: I don't have much Experience in Games that go in the Direction of ' Tower Defense '. ! Attention advertising! -> Video at the End of the Post In my Today Shoutbox At Steam I watched the Game Redcon. Since the Game was new and at least looked quite sympathetic from the Cover picture, I wanted to take a closer look at it. The 10 or 11 Steamrezessions that already existed were mostly positive, albeit in English, and at a Price of €6€ I thought to myself, let's give the Game a Chance. First of all, I was outspoken that Redcon only demanded 33MB Of Disk Space, which is really a Rarity these days. The Intro comes without a bigger frills, you only see the Name of the Developer and the Cover Image of the Game, then you are already in the Menu. Big Plus to the Soundtrack, which immediately puts you in the right Mood for Redcon. But it is not only from a vocal point of view that the Soundtrack has succeeded, in my Opinion it also fits the ' Story ' of the Game. Furthermore, the Menu is very clear, the Only thing you can set in the Optionsons is the Volume and the Username (yes, you have to set it extra, which is not (yet) taken over by Steam), not the Graphics, which this Game does not. Need. The essential Part of the Story is already in the steam-owned Description of the Game, but the Dialogues are quite Witty and even equipped with one or the other Pun, without sacrificing the Authenticity of the Scenery. I'm not far ahead in the Story now (at the time of the Recession Constitution), I feel like I'm still in the Tutorial, so I can't say too much about that yet. Nevertheless, I enjoy Redcon, even if I've not played games that go in the Direction of Tower Defense until very rarely before. For the Whitewash in between definitely recommended with the Potential to be tied up one hour or the other at a time. For those who still want to have a visual Impression of the Game and The beginning of the Story, I have uploaded a Video to Youtube. Just pit around a bit if you like;)
