The first impression is good but it very quickly becomes repetitive and boring.
Its a mobile game to play while waiting for the bus and should be payed accordingly: 1 buck.
The four resources, church, people, army, money, have to be kept in balance regardless if you want to help a specific party and so it becomes just a mindless juggling of the four bars.

I play on Linux. Linux version: excellent.
The game embodies a lineage of monarchs, simply answering yes or no to each question posed by the different characters. The answer is not always Yes or no, but it is always a binary choice.
The goal is never to allow one of the four counters (Church, people, army, treasure) to reach maximum or zero. If that happens, we die, and we embody the next monarch.
So, Yes, we die very very often. It is rare to exceed 30 years of reign-each question (in General) to one year. Because it is not obvious at all to balance the counters, knowing that the cards that are drawn are completely random, so sometimes there is no "good" possible choice:).
The gameplay is simplissime, the basic graphics, the "voices" of the characters not too unpleasant. Clearly a port of a mobile game, it fills its Office here.
The goal of the game is to break the spell that makes one incarnate without stopping Kings of the same lineage. Good luck with that:).
Replayability, achievements there are a lot of cards, it takes two or three complete parts to see them all, but the same come back very often.
Most achievements are infeasible without a guide, for example without knowing the list of possible deaths, how can we imagine them? Not to mention the achievement of scamming the demon...
In short this basic gameplay has its charm, but becomes repetitive after a while. Mixed opinion, but rather positive all the same.
GNU/Linux the Linux version is excellent, I have not encountered any problems.
OS: Linux Mint 18.3 x64, MATE Edition.
Hardware: i5 760, NVIDIA 570GTX, 8GB RAM.
Screens: Dualscreen, 1x 1920x1200 and 1x 1600x1200, single screen X.

This is by far the best game on my Iphone that I have ever played! Every decision has his consequences. You swipe left or right and continue to rule or fail as a king. I hope they will make a Viking based game like this in the future. That would be an instant buy for me! I also hope they would add more cards and themes in the future.

Every part of this game is pure pleasure. They are dynamic, each event can completely change the situation. The balancing was very careful. Add that gameplay inspired by Tinder, funny dialogues, quality sound plunging us completely in the mood, and you have one of the best mobile games! (Special mention for iMessage stickers, a little nicer!)

Pros: nice, simple and therefore sufficient graphics; well-implemented game play; music fits the medieval theme
Cons: 1.Incorrect decisions, because too little is known about the individual problems of the people (hence also very unrealistic and ineffective) - it is more necessary than the necessary luck to hit the target (to beat the devil) because of the inadequate Planning decisions too short - most kings only last a short time
2. based on point 1. the game is too much designed to kill the king - the people are all working against the King - so it is no wonder that the kings constantly change and people live badly - whether with devil or not. This strategy depth is lost.

Updates had been promised with expansion of the game instead they released a new game without developing this.
Review: The excellent idea, the game is understood for a moment then becomes a drug. the database of "events" is not very large (after a while, some events become a bit too recurrent) but the game still manages to guarantee every game different from the other.
Sometimes, certain actions have an effect on the abnormal game, which almost make you think of a translation error but maybe it's part of the game.
The only thing I do not like is the Tinder-style game mechanism, which forces each time to move the card first in both directions to read the possible answers and it may happen that the card "escapes" from the wrong side, it would not hurt to give a alternative to the user, for example the possibility to activate from the settings two keys to answer.
