RESPLENDENCE: Restore the Fallen Kingdom is a 2D visual novel RPG that sees you, the player, being crowned King in a ceremony that takes place moments after the passing of your father, King Rajis III of the Kingdom of Concordia.

Your father tried to stop the invasion from the neighbouring Clandestin Empire, ruled by a new Empress, who's craving ultimate power. She has completely disregarded the armistice that was signed 27 years ago by all nations - yet all the other nations didn't defend King Rajis when he needed them most.

You have no choice but to surrender your Kingdom, escape, and find allies from across the realm to help fight to restore your fallen kingdom to resplendence.
