Retro City Rampage or Back to the 80S Welcome To Theftropolis In 1985. RCR embodies pure Nostalgia, a Game like a time Travel crammed with Memories and Allusions to 80S and early 90s Pop culture, ranging from Batman, Ninja Turtles or the Back to the Future movies to Games like Paperboy, Mega Man, Frogger is everything In doing so, to name a few. The Game is played like its Model GTA 1 from a Bird's Eye view, all in 8-Bit graphics "Beauty" backed up with contemporary 80s Chiptune Sound. The City Of Theftropolis is typically Open-World freely explored by Two-wheeler, CAR, TRUCK, bus, Tank, Monster truck or on Foot. The Urban Area is very small compared to the GTA 1 model. The Gameplay is based on the first two GTA Parts, Missions and missions are given by people or via Coin Televisions, you can follow the Mission Structure of the Campaign or work through numerous Side missions. Orders and Missions are very diverse and varied. You can let your Destructive Rage run wild by wallowing Passers-by. Cars drive to Scrap and start a street War using a Multiple Strike and Firearms Arsenal. Which, of course, calls on the Police and with rising Levels of Rooster The Army. You can do your HIGHSCORE by Doing missions or by constantly ramping up your Misbeing in the City. For me, RCR has been a beautiful Journey into my Youth, which has been shaped by Television and playing on the Home Computer. The Level Of difficulty increases from moderate to extremely difficult in the Course of the game (last Missions of the Campaign), and fits the demanding Difficulty that the games of this Time had left. Retro City Rampage is a Game with special Retro Charm, especially for a Generation, myself included, which has come in the Years but still enjoys Good Games. Finally, Retro City Rampage is a beautiful Retro Open World Action Game in the Sense of GTA 1.10 out of 10 Points

This game is really good I like it a lot but the difficulty is bad. Let me explain, the levels are pretty easy during half of the game but all of a sudden the levels become extremely complicated and they have to go back a lot of times

Attractive rather cool at the beginning of the game it turns out very tiresome after a while. I strongly advise the controller if you do not want to lose your cool (especially for the boss of the castle for which it must be super bright.) Because the touch controls are not terrible for this kind of game.

I expected a normal game, good without more. But I am surprised a lot, with a lot of humor and full of guides to the movies, TV and video games, a fine gameplay and a number of situations and variety of movements and possibilities exaggerated. Happy with this game, achieve it. And perfect translation.

Actually, I'm not the person who writes reviews, but I just had no choice in this game. On the one hand we have a gaming experience that is in no way inferior to the old GTA's and scores with cute (customizable!) Pixelgraphic; On the other hand, this game also offers a lot of humor, through several easter eggs, which can be found and enjoyed in game anywhere. From me full 5 stars and a clear purchase recommendation (even if you have to pay the full price and not just the reduced!) A true gem in the app store

As a fan of the original GTA games and 8-bit graphics, I was looking forward to a good mix of both. Unfortunately, I was disappointed, and at a relatively high price ... The graphics are fine, but overall, everything is very unpredictable, since the pace is incredibly high. Partly you do not get to know how it is about the energy, why you lose any, who is behind you, or what is happening right now (especially in missions). The map is also very small and not very varied, the gimmicks I find not particularly refreshing. Say: it sneaks boredom relatively quickly! The controls are sometimes tricky, because you have to do a lot at once. You have to get started first. Since the idea is basically great and a few elements have been implemented quite well, it would be unfair to award only 2 stars.
