A spinny space shooter game for Godot Wild Jam #22
My first attempt at making something with Godot, be gentle please!
Still in early prototype phase!
Source code is included, but please don't use it as a reference for anything, I have no idea if I'm doing things in the proper Godot way.
Note: Autofire upgrade doesn't do anything (yet).
- Day 8
- Upgrade shop between levels
- Meteors that must be dodged
- A bit of polish
- Day 4 - 7
- No progress.. had to work :-(
- Day 3
- Three ships to choose from, with different abilities
- Basic main menu
- Game over check
- Day 2
- Updated graphics, using some sprites from Kenney.nl at opengameart.org (https://opengameart.org/content/space-shooter-redux)
- Played around with sounds (using bxfr)
- Added two new ship abilities: shield and dual fire
- Day 1
- Basic protype with shapes for sprites
