A mobile phone with Rhythm Taichi installed, on the same WiFi / LAN network, is required to play Rhytm Taichi on a computer. If you're not able to connect, ensure that the game is not blocked by windows firewall, the network is treated as "private," and UDP multicast / broadcast is enabled on the router.
