Rhythm Thief and the Crypt of Secrets

A Rhythm Thief top-down rhythm platformer similar to Crypt of the Necrodancer.

MODDING:

All the files which you can see when downloading the game can be edited. For sounds like story__.ogg, you can just paste another .ogg file with the same name. For music__.ogg tracks, you also need a text file to represent the notes. These can be made in two ways:

[RECCOMENDED] OSU Method (Credit to Peomarder#9297)

1. Map a song in OSU
2. Open the Beatmap file
3. Take the notes into an Excel table
4. Make the notes into a table
5. Leave only the time in ms
6. Use the function "=round(A1/1000*60;1)" on a column to get the time in frames
7. Copy all the times in frames
8. Paste them into a text file and put that file in the same folder as the game with the name corresponding to the song/level
9. Paste in the music replacing one of the tracks

RTATCOS MusicMaker Method

1. Download the RTATCOS MusicMaker zip and unpack it
2. Replace the music.ogg with a .ogg of your choice
3. Open the .exe and press space to begin
4. Press any key while the song is playing to place a note there
5. Once the song is complete, go to the %localappdata% folder
6. Find a folder with a name similar to "musicmaker" or "rtatcos_musicmaker"
7. Copy the .txt file inside the folder to the folder where your game is relocated and replace an already existing file
