Robin's Quest reviews

An interesting little point and click game, does everything it should.

Be greeted, Robins Quest is a small Hidden Object Pearl. It's about the Legend of Robin Hood from a new Perspective. Robin is here a Woman whose Husband was imprisoned by Prince John and Sherrif of Nothingham. The Goal is to free him and to do that you gradually get help from Robin's People like Little John, Brother Tuck, Etc. The Game keeps very pleasant. Voiceover and Sound is right and the Pictures and Figures are lovingly drawn. It is very easy overall, even the Puzzles besides the Hidden Object Games can be easily solved. When you have a Room completely finished, an AREA CLEAR SIGN falls into the Picture at the top. I had a lot of Fun with the Game as you just want to make it to the End and into every Picture everything. In 3 Hours, however, I was already ready. But for 1.24 Euros in the Sale, that's perfectly okay. Unfortunately, there are no Achievements and the Like as with the Artifex Mundi Hidden Object games, so playing through after one-off, the Appeal for another Round is not so given, but as I said, perfect and okay for the Money. Only Downer, English Proficiency are set a little veraous As the Game is completely in English. Dear Greeting Wyvern

I actually liked the Game ... How it did, because: I make it short (hahaha):-The Story ... There is not really any. You claw Money from the "upper Layer" and give it to the "bottom Layer." -The Protagonist is unfortunately a rather bad "Robin Hood"-Redclap. For Example, Robin's well-known archery skills are only prefertified in an unnecessary Mini-game. -The Mini-game is completely unnecessary. You earn more than enough Money by just Searching Around. -The Search for the dismissal Papers of the Companions in spe is really tedious. -Unfortunately, the Music Loops are far too short. -The Puzzlesolving is sometimes incredibly illogical. -No Reward for 100%th Completion of the Game. -Steam overlay in the Game cannot be used. -The Game remains dry and monotonous until the End. (Absolutely no Arc Of Tension) (-No Achievements and no Collectible cards) +/-The Game is relatively simple. +/-You can't lose. + The Gameplay is self-explanatory. + Relatively many Locations. + The Music is really great! (Even if the Loops are too short) + I really like the Artwork. This is how you imagine a Fantasy World! + The Setting is fine. Not bad and not superior. + You get a Message if the "Screen is clear." Compared to most "Artifex Mundi" games (All available on Steam), Robin's Quest is unfortunately more mediocre to below average. But If you are looking for a Game where you can just switch off, you should strike here in the Sale. Hidden Hidden Object veterans will have no Joy with this Game.
