Play through most of a rocket jumping tutorial, which will teach you all that you'll need to know for basic FPS rocket jumping. Then feel free to jump around an extra incomplete level in freeroam.

There were plans to make this into a full platformer, but I grew tired of the project. I have ideas for FPS movement and making a full-length game based around rocket jumping doesn't really further any of them. (That and I'm not particularly good at UE4 yet.)
