Controls:

• Mouse: aim
• LMB/Space: boost
• RMB/Shift (hold): slice
• MMB/Q/Tab: toggle lock-on 
• Alt+Enter/F11: fullscreen
• Esc: pause
• page up/page down: adjust physics/rendering FPS to common values* 

*starts at 60fps, goes up to 144 then 240 then unlocked (experimental), also goes down from 60 to 30, then 20
