Role Roll

Incomplete game for the GMTK Game Jam 2022.

Action game where you play a humanoid dice. Each time you roll to avoid an attack, your class can change :

1. Warrior
2. Ranger
3. Thief
4. Wizard
5. Cleric
6. Not implemented yet :(

Each character has a light and a heavy attack (press the attack button without releasing) and a special move : block and parry for the warrior, counter and teleport for the thief, projectile shield and reflector for the mage, and repell enemies for the cleric. Nothing for the ranger, because he was not nice enough.

Commands are:

(Keyboard)

• Arrows to move
• Space to roll
• E to attack
• Q for the special move (or A on an AZERTY Keyboard)

(Gamepad)

• Left stick to move
• Right stick to aim
• Left Trigger or button to roll
• Right trigger (R2) to attack
• Right button (R1) for special move

Tileset is PixelArt Top Down - Basic by Cainos, and the inputs icons come from Simple Keys, by beamedeighth and the Gamepad UI Pack by greatdocbrown. The rest of the assets and animations are originals and were made during the jam.
