Roll-a-ball tutorial Unity

I added a Timer system to the original tutorial aswell as pickup items that subtract points from the count. At the end of the timer the game will also pause and give you your score, at this time you'll be able to replay the game by pressing ESC. The game cannot be restarted mid-game.
