Rooting for Radish

Welcome to Raddish Valley, where roots endanger the infrastructure of the raddish people. The roots can't be removed because in the bureaucratic empire of the reddishking, roots are protected by law. There's only one right way to handle this:

A PETITION!

 But beware of the ever changing laws in the empire.
