I played Sacred quite a bit a few Years ago. Even the second Part has made me feel forever shackled. Although I personally found the third Part more of a Disappointment, I have to say it feels quite good to go "back to the roots" again.
A beautiful RPG with varied Classes. Those who like Diablo should definitely risk a Look.
Unfortunately, however, there are a few Things that bother me:-There is no Way To Customize and define hotkeys (for Skills, weapon changes, etc.). Not quite pleasant to dance with your Hand once across the Keyboard, if you want to change one or two Skills.
-Unfortunately, the Game has problems to start From time to time. Some things didn't work on my Win10 PC, but I don't have any Problems on my Windows 7 due to Compatibility Mode. Probably this one would have done it under the 10s as well ..
-Although the Game comes from a German Developer House (and I used to play it completely in German) there is no German Support on Steam.
Nevertheless, My Recommendation stands. Despite its Blemishes, it is and remains one of my favourite RPGs ever.

I got to know this Game in my early Childhood through my Dad and often watched him play. In doing so, he aroused my first Interest in Role-playing And an Open World. Everything looked so beautiful and the World felt so huge to a little Boy.
After I got older I played the Game myself and I didn't get very far at that time (my Game was stored on the PC without a Disc and had a single Bug that stopped the Story), but I loved it very much. After finding other Games that I enjoyed more Than a Game that was now stuck in a dead end through a single Bug, I haven't played this Game for a long Time.
Now I'm older and I fell in love with the Game anew. I've already got some little offline sessions behind me and I still find it's one of the best Role-playing games out there.
If you have no Problem with an older Graphics and a flattening Game Voltage from time to time (Grinding for XP etc., some are most likely necessary), you will find a detailed Masterpiece in this Game.
The Combat System is both easy to understand and complex to use through the Possibility of personal spell chains. You can get lost very quickly in this living World if you get into it. Be it the vibrant Towns/Villages, the relatively varied Side Quests or the challenging Bosses (if you're not superior, they're not easy).
There is enough to fall in love with and to collect fond memories with.
So from me a clear Buy recommendation, especially if there is a sale ^^
