Controls:

Move with 'WASD'
Pickm up items with 'F' and drop them with 'V'
Reply to npcs with 'Y'/'N' or 'Space'

When the train stops randomly, you can go out, explore and loot. The frequency of the noises of the train signals when it will start. If you miss it, you are dead. Holding items slows you down, so dropping them may save you. Talking to NPC-s traps you in the conversation, so be careful who you talk to!
