A short fun beat em up with a good amount of spectacle and a pretty artstyle

Rocked through on: 25.01.2014 Brachial Violence and Truncheon on the Fly with exaggerated Action? Who needs that sort of thing? To be precise ... Me, for Example. This run to the right and beat together everything that comes together, I thought it was already great at that time! Well-known Titles like "Final Fight," "Bouble Dragon" or even "Turtles in Time." Although the aforementioned Titles were not bloody, they were still good even today. It is especially nice that all the Carnage in Shank does not take the slaughter seriously. It awakens the Feeling of a Parody of action Movies. Somehow, the Hero reminds me of a Mix of Ash from the Dance of the Devil's Movies and Rambo. Laundish even so wanted, because both Series enjoy a Cult Status. Apart from Firearms, we still Have Machetes and a Chainsaw at our Disposal. That's when even Jason Voorhees would fade with Envy. Ran to the Plant. We burign our Way or go off with the Chainsaw on the Enemy. Litently squirms the Blood and over-the-top Action. Story is simple, Graphics beautiful but a bit monotonous. Soundtrack is entertaining. All in all an entertaining Game for in between. 8/10 from me.

Shank is a really ingenious Hack ' n ' Slay (literally). It's a classic side scroller and there's not exactly much Depth of Play or a sophisticated Story line. But what makes the Game, which is Fighting and Hacking and Dodging and Jumping etc goes even with the Keyboard (it is recommended to use a Controller, which you notice very quickly when using the Keyboard) so fluid by the Hand that it gives me Has really thrilled. And at the easier of the two Levels of difficulty, the Game itself is not a Walk. The Opponents dodge especially cleverly in the later Game and sometimes do a lot of Damage. From time to time come Combinations of Opponents, where you have to proceed almost tactically to defeat them, as there are Melees, Shooters and even Grenadiers, from the (annoyingly killing!!!!) Dogs apart. The Boss Fights, on the other hand, are relatively easy once you get the Trick out for each Boss, as you can escape almost anything damage by Dodging a lot. The Game thrives on combining your Attacks well and I've noticed that this makes them really more efficient (E.g. 3x Shank-> 1x Chainsaw-> 3x Shotgun). There are also a few Jump & run deposits, but these aren't really worth talking about. Unfortunately, the Game was only just at the Sale where I bought it for 1.50 or so. Whether I would recommend it for €10 I don't know, because at least in the single player it is quite short. But since there's still a Co-op mode I haven't tried yet, it may well be that the 10 Monets are definitely worth it after all. Clear Praise to Klei Entertainment. I've played Mark of The Ninja, Eets Munching, Invisible Inc and Don't Starve so far and I really liked each of those Games. Shank is no Exception.
