Edit: After the first Update, the Bugs are fixed. You can only recommend play. Game full of errors and that's although it's actually just a Port ... Sound is not always true and Videos are played at the wrong Time. For example, I start in the Room looking at the alarm clock. After that I go out and actually the Mother should hand me a Letter with me I only ever see the Alarm clock: D Sorry but there you can see again how much Effort you put in ... You should wait until there is an Update beforehand I do not recommend the Game as you get from it a wrong Picture. Anyone who still knows Phantasy Star Online for the Dreamcast and the Implementation for PC. Will notice that the Textures were simply missing here as well. Why why this is so I can only explain myself by the Program code. But Why you can't fix these Bugs here, I can't explain myself. Crazy Taxi was also implemented for the PC or Jet Set Radio there but such errors were fixed. I still play today with my Sega Dreamcast Online (Dreamcast Live Website) and know Shenmue From my Youth waiting until there is an Update ... Story Shenmue Offers everything today's Modern Open World Games make up, But Shenmue goes one Step further and founds his own Genre FREE! (Full Reactive Eyes Entertainment) the Story of Shenmue 1 seems a bit too Generic at First glance, because Ryo Wants to take revenge on Lan Di, but in the process it unfolds and flows fluently into Part 2. Gameplay Many of the Activities have no Impact on the Game but you can still do these Things (food/Shopping etc.) Shenmue lives from this and Impresses with its dense Atmosphere and Authenticity of the Game world, because also the Citizens of Yokosuka and Hong Kong all have a Daily routine and pursue their Professions. The Game offers a Day and night change and you can explore the Cities to your best and talk to all citizens. Ryo Controls itself like a Tank and the Fighting Sequences don't Play intuitively enough but these are all the weaknesses you have to Accept. New Combat Techniques can be purchased and Practiced and Perfected in various Locations. The Quicktime Events that Shenmue invented are quite good and Simpel designed to make few mistakes there. Technique The Port is good and straight by the Edge Smoothing You can also see how beautiful Shenmue really is, even if the Textures have not been changed. The Voiceover can be placed in Japanese or English, the Voiceover is the biggest weakness of Shenmue itself since Sega at that time compressed the LANGUAGE & Music files down and subdued it especially in the English Version The UI has been revised and for higher Resolutions adjusted. The 30 FPS Lock Doesn't really bother and doesn't break the Immersion of Shenmue 1 & 2. ^ Conclusion 10/10
