Since the invention of the shift drive and the discovery of endless new dimensions existing alongside our own.  The government had to invest in new technology - the Roll Runner was created, a ship that can change its shape to traverse the unknown and dangerous landscapes of these unexplored dimensions. With the invention of this new ship  came a need for a new daring kind of pilot  .. The Shift Shaper .. you are one such pilot!
