Shot In The Dark (itch) (MAGES Institute of Excellence)

A Shot in the Dark is an audio-based Tower Defence game.

You are trapped in a room with nowhere to escape and monsters coming at you. Defeat them all to escape! The targeted audience are casual players who love arcade games. It features simplistic visuals, and has no complicated controls which makes it easy to pick up.

Controls

Use AD to rotate your character. LMB to Shoot.

Mechanics

The Monsters will make footsteps and growling sounds when coming towards you. Rotate the character to listen for its direction. Once they are near you, it will roar and attack. Once they touch you, you lose a heart. When you lose all the hearts, it is game over. 

When you shoot and kill 10 monsters, you’ll get to level 2, and at 25 monsters, you’ll get to level 3. Each level increase spawns more walls and increases the monster’s movement speed. At 50 monsters, you win the game
