Sideway New York reviews and comments

The imagination on this game is clearly top. Like 2D platforms, a small tag on a wall makes his little way to save his girl on hip-hop sound, a Mario from the street! But the game also has a 3D aspect that feels when changing walls. Yes, when you jump on a gutter for example to get to the roof of the building, the camera adapts so that you can continue your progression in 2D. You understand? no... Basically the game is modeled in 3D but your part takes place in 2D, VOILA! And frankly, it makes good. It transforms the décor into a kind of labyrinthine Enigma. I repeat, in this game you are a tag that advances on the walls and for whom the other tags can be obstacles or villains who want you. The painting is therefore an enemy but also an ally because the professional graffiti you are, you always have on you your paint bombs and this will help you to overcome obstacles and even fight. We feel the inspiration of Mario and Donkey Kong, unfortunately it is not enough to make the game good. No, he does not come to the ankle of his masters. Your character is slow and the enemies not interesting or annoying, they are just there what... You will notice above, when I talk about the hip-hop sound, that I did not say the "good" hip-hop sound... Understand, I love hip-hop (US). Rather old-school for that matter. And when I read that the soundtrack of the game was just what I like, but I dark! The error... Certainly there are one or two good music but that's it. First big disappointment. Otherwise the game offers a local co-operation mode. This is usually good news but here it is missed. Just happy with this possibility while doubting me not having to type in the splitscreen I plugged two controllers on my PC and I offered a party to a buddy. If I wanted to distaste the game I would not have found better way to do it! Car ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ it was impossible to exceed 20 frames per second! The game does not support the fact that two joysticks, only two joysticks ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ can be connected at the same time! You can tell yourself "♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥, it's your PC that is rotten" but no! My PC is running Grand Theft Auto V in ultra, 120 frames per second with all the options at Max! So we made a level... By failing our jumps and dying stupidly because we went through jerks... With in addition the camera that can not follow the two characters so that if the players are not on the same wall, there is one who will not see his character... Second big disappointment. Obviously my buddy did not want to play there again. So I finished this game alone. It was long (although it ends in ten hours maximum, all unblocked successes included) and boring. Don't do this to yourself. There are games of this kind much better than this one.
