Perform well, you may get an increase in salary, or perhaps an offer from a bigger and better team. Perform badly, and you may just find yourself on the hot-seat.

Enter the coaching carousel and test your luck and see if teams see it fit to hire you. Or build a dynasty from a smaller school and rise through the rankings!
