Slow Downstack Game

Place as many pieces as you can before topping out. Ratios on the difficulty buttons are garbage lines added to pieces placed. Default difficulty is Expert, where a new garbage line is added for every 3 pieces placed, which is approximately a 300 piece game of 100L cheese race on jstris.
