Small Town Terrors: Livingston reviews

As always I took this game in a bundle, and although you should always give a judgement regarding the sale price, these games are often given away for a few pennies or, in fact, bundled, and therefore my opinion is relative to the price on offer , otherwise I would never give a favorable vote given their short duration in relation to the price. In any case, it is a "basic" HoG, without anything out of the ordinary aside from the introduction of a variable health system, which will require you to find first aid kits to increase your health level before you can perform actions requiring a Some physical strength, with the result of having taken a certain quantity after the action has been accomplished. Aside from this little variation, there's nothing else out of the box. There are completely Missing voice-overs, but there are short films at the end of each chapter or every time something interesting happens in the story. There is the map but without the fast travel. It is also beautiful to be seen, with an aerial view of the area and also animated, but given its inutility, I used it once and then never again. I Must however say that, given the division of the game in chapters (though not explicitly), it will never be difficult, long or too tedious to navigate between the scenes, and therefore the fast travel is less necessary than usual. There is a good number of hidden-object scenes that are also done quite well, and also these are never repeated, keeping the game varied and interesting. The mini-games are interesting to the point that I missed only one that I remember, and not too difficult. Although The story is the usual story of zombies, I found it paradoxically more interesting than many other games of this genre, where often you travel all too fancy creating stories unnecessarily intricate, complex and difficult to follow. Here We have a mother who tries to escape from the infected area, while trying to find and save her child, a story with which it is easy to identify and simple to follow. I Didn't find any technical problems of any kind. There are negative reviews that talk about lack of full-screen mode, but this is fake: In fact the game started me in full screen mode but you can also play it in the window. Other reviews say that the game does not support the wide-screen and that the graphics are enlarged to fit it, but even that is false: although it is true that the game is in the format 4:3, the graphics are not enlarged automatically, but probably these users do not have Set your graphics driver and/or your monitor correctly to not fit the image to the screen. To me, the game is displayed in 4:3 with the usual black bands on the sides, and without deformation. In Short, a simple HoG lasting less than 3 hours, but that does everything in the right way, for my liking, and that advice in discount or bundled without reservations.
