About

****EPILEPSY WARNING***** (flashing images throughout)

Straight from the maths paper of the British bedroom programming scene into your imagination.

//SNOWFLAKE TATTOO// is a harrowing and stark vignette; a neo - noir exploration of the character and motives of the merciless "sentient plasma sniper" of //NPPD RUSH//.

Set years before, you play the roles of both that sniper and a mysterious, prototype human/bike hybrid she has hacked.

Together you traverse and plunder a maze-like frozen storage ship that has been disabled by a huge solar storm.

It's here you find your ill gotten reward.
This is what your life has amounted to; you traffic in human beings through a trans-dimensional trading post called the abstraction, in the hope you will find your missing sister.

What will you do?, sell these sleeping beauties off for the abstractions crude experiments, leave them to be cut up and turned into other bike hybrids, or save them ?

- Music collaboration between Dylan Barry and F.tyler fusing the genres of experimental noise, modal ambient and electro.

- 70's minimalist "Ghett-ro" crafting, survive by crafting health and sentient plasma from biological waste such as Collagen, enamel, unknown and even the "dollsteak" you came to steal.

- perma-death /arena shooter crossover gameplay with a late 70's early 80's minimalism.

- You choose your hiscore, do you take pleasure in trafficking these sleeping beauties for big money, or saving as many as you can

Snowflake Tattoo//... Is a bad Game. The Music is bad, the Gameplay horrendous and the Story a Wreck ... I wouldn't recommend this Game to anyone. This can probably be seen in the bad Steam Ratings. A Price of £4.5t is simply a Joke for such a Game that makes more bad than right.

More a curiosity than a game itself... I think the author uses this medium as a form of expression more than a concrete intention to entertain with a video game. Strange, hostile mechanics, confusing and strange visuals, make this game really NOT for everyone... It is like having a totem voodoo with miniaturized heads like home decor... It Is Intriguing, strange, very out of place and a bit unpleasant... But only enough to attract some eccentric collector.

"//SNOWFLAKE TATTOO//" is ... differently... Very different. The Story is convoluted, based on Quotes. A frozen Hold Of a Spacecraft we hack into. Even this is not true, but an Abstraction. "//SNOWFLAKE TATTOO//" is reminiscent of old Amstrad or Atari titles with strangely unwieldy Graphics, indefinable Pixel Piles and flashing Font. At its Core is a Top-Down Maze where we wander around and pick up Dollsteaks and Keys. Against Opponents it helps above all to blow off or to lay something like Mines, which, however, often hit you yourself. In the second Part, we're in a Pseudo-3D Flight over a Planet's Surface And have to dodge pink Dollar steaks speeding towards us. There is also a Shop where we can buy Improvements. Then the Whole thing starts all over again. The Gameplay is quite awful, mostly cryptic, inaccurate and exhausting. First of all, you don't even know what you're actually doing and what it's all about. And yet, among all the Strangeness is a stylistic Peculiarity. The Reminiscences of the old Computer Games are deliberately chosen, as Are Allusions to artistic independent discourses. The accumulating dollar Steaks, for example, are certainly to be found in the Field Of meaning of a nirvana text, because of these Comes this Neologism. And yet everything remains unclear, obscure, little is deciprizable. As a Game, this Program is certainly not recommended. But Those who are also interested in not unintelligent, trashy and abseiled programs, which seem to be more at a Meta-level, will at least find this Peculiarity interesting. Rating: 7/10 Atmosphere 7/10 Story 6/10 Graphic 7/10 Sound 2/10 Game Mechanics 3/10 Balancing 5/10 Game Pass Conclusion: As a Game awful, but as an obscure Meta-Trash not uninteresting. 5/10 Overall Rating
